YN-10TA hydraulic screwing unit is widely used in well drilling work in oil field and in pipeline maintenances and installation in machinery industry. Traditional large and medium-sized bores pipe screw thread joint adopt anchor head, tong, spin rope, spin chain in…conditions. Which needs more manpower, occupy area, heavy weight during use. It’s slippery easily and costs operators more physical output. This impacts work efficiency and effectiveness of investment. However clamp head of YN-10TA hydraulic screwing unit is open-type, it has good motility, which can disjoint drill pipe freely. Using hydraulic screwing unit to screw out, it doesn’t need anchor head, tong, spin rope and spin chain. It’s constructed from spin clamp and torque clamp.

Characteristics:

1.       Up and down clamps are knitted to avoid drill pipe bending in big torque and slipping in slips.

2.       This hydraulic screwing unit adopts lightweight, nimble joint way, makes hoisting simplified. (Setting a pulley on oil derrick, one side of wire rope hangs hydraulic screwing unit and the other side uses manual mini-crane to adjust high and low.)

3.       Automatic centering clamping mechanism guarantees new and old joint clamped reliably.

4.       It’s very easy to reset make up and screw out, the change is swift and reliable.

5.       Torque and speed can be controlled, max torque and speed can be achieved in both positive and negative direction.

6.       The hydraulic system of hydraulic screwing unit adopt electric drive as power supply.
